Objective
Plumeria is a family home in the Dera Mandi area of Delhi, nestled in a patch of land flourishing with fruit trees. The structure of the house has evolved around the existing Mango, Mandarin And Chiku trees, that have stayed intact without any damage or relocation.
An unobstructed visual connection has been established within the interiors and exteriors of the house, allowing seamless integration and aesthetic vistas of the landscaping. The drawing room transcends into the dining area and the spaces together form a rectilinear expanse overlooking the pool and the trees through the glazing. The family lounge that is connected to the master bedroom renders views of a private garden with a mango tree. A series of openings in the entrance area frame the mango tree near the pool deck, inviting one inside the pristine abode.
