Residential

J8 DLF II, Gurgaon

A blend of raw stone texture and grey metal framework give this Gurugram home a modern look.

Objective

The residential project stands on 7,100 square feet, north-east facing plot consisting of a duplex unit in the ground & basement floors, and two independent floors apart from that. A common staircase and lift lobby ensures vertical connectivity. Vastu principles, large balconies, proper ventilation and natural light throughout the house are prominent features of this residence.

The house has a dynamic facade with finished in uncut Gwalior stone, textured paint and supplemented with accents in grey metal framework, which lends a modern edge to the building and breaks the monolithic look.

The use of earthy stone finish, textured white paint and Italian marble flooring on all floors with wooden flooring in bedrooms defines the character of the building. The harmony thus created makes its presence felt in every form, interior and exterior alike. Exposed stone and grey metal framework mingle with white walls at every turn.
